This is the source for the account of the 26 July demonstration, the team’s observations and the later inspection of the node. This site provides an original editorial summary, not a reissue of the report.
- What was consulted for this account
- The report’s text: purpose and participants, prototype description, fieldwork, later inspection and proposed next steps. The field findings are concentrated on pages 8–11.
- What should not be inferred
- The estimated distance is not a coverage measurement. The demonstration does not establish a validated emergency service. A proposed change is not an already verified modification.
02 / The programme and its people
The description of the two lines of work, the joint work of LAAD–UNSAAC and Higher Self Forge Limited, public roles and contact channels draws on the programme’s existing public website and the field report.
The roles on this site describe contributions to the programme. They do not assign positions, new affiliations or authorship order for a future study. Institutional acknowledgements in the report do not amount to validation of the system.

Titles and DOI references are retained from the report’s bibliography and the programme’s public publication line. Each work retains its authorship and access conditions at the source record.
The short descriptions guide readers by document type. They do not constitute a complete independent review of every deposit. A DOI does not, by itself, establish peer review, adoption of a standard or the effectiveness of an implementation.
The English descriptions on this website are original editorial explanations. They are not full translations or official versions of the cited documents.

The original participant pages and signed records are linked at their existing addresses. They have not been reissued or their signatures altered as part of this edition.
The roles summarised in the index come from the field report. Verification of a technical finding should refer to the report and its scope, not be inferred from a signature or a participation record.

The drawings on this site are original conceptual diagrams. They are not maps, experimental data, field photographs or representations of an installed network. They do not purport to reproduce the community’s cultural symbols.
The main content, navigation and language switching work without JavaScript. Publication search is an optional aid. The pages in this redesigned edition have no contact form, process no visitor data, and include no analytics, accounts or automatically loaded external services. The email link opens your email application and the WhatsApp link opens that external service: what is sent through those channels is handled by each service, not this site. Like any web page, the site’s host may log the page request itself. The older participation records keep their original dependencies, including external requests that predate this edition.
