The programme's first field data were collected.

El presidente ha acordado que consista en:The community of Pacchanta has reviewed the project and agreed to move forward. A second stage has been proposed for late October to November 2026, on a date the community itself determines. The president has agreed it would consist of:
- Presentar el diseño completo ante la comunidad.Presenting the full design to the community.
- Levantar datos en terreno.Collecting data in the field.
- Elegir juntos los materiales de cada estructura —madera, concreto u otras opciones locales— con sus ventajas y costos a la vista.Choosing together the materials for each structure —wood, concrete or other local options— with their advantages and costs in plain view.
- Avanzar juntos hacia la definición de los términos de gobernanza y uso del sistema, incluido su cuidado y mantenimiento a largo plazo, atendiendo a las cuestiones que la propia comunidad planteó para estas reuniones.Moving together toward defining the terms of governance and use of the system, including its long-term care and maintenance, addressing the questions the community itself raised for these meetings.
